~Sound Therapy~

Sound healing therapy is an ancient form of medicine in many areas found across the world. It has been practiced for thousands of years to realign the body's vibration, improve mental health issues and wellness.

Sound Therapy goes far beyond lyrics there are frequencies and tunes that are known to trigger our sensory functions as well as target certain body sensations that create calming properties. These vibrations cause a significant impact on our physical health. Sound Therapy Practitioners use  multiple forms such as guided meditation, sound baths, and or through a sound healing therapy session where the participant is sitting or laying down.

Using the various aspects of sound will help focus on your physical or mental health. It's been found that sound therapy can be effective for many reasons. Everything from Singing Bowls, Pan Flutes, Tongue Drums, Rain Rattles, Chimes, Crystal Harps, and many other sound therapy instruments are used by healers for a range of mental, emotional, and even physical ailments.

Sound Therapy can bring value to treat several conditions such as: Depression, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Dementia, Autism Spectrum Disorders, People with learning difficulties, those with Behavioral and Psychiatric disorders, Sleep Disorders, Aches and Pains. What to expect during a sound therapy session?

A sound healing session involves lying down in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing our eyes, and focusing on sounds made by music instruments like chimes, gongs, and singing bowls. Sound vibrations have a pretty powerful effect on our minds and bodies.

Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, and sound healing instruments to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.

Integral Sound Healing is highly effective at triggering our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress, while helping to balance our whole being. Sound Healing Instruments that are easy to play can be applied both on the body and off-the-body, whilst also incorporating vocal sounds and tones.

Sound Therapy techniques are delivered using instruments such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, and more, both during a one-on-one sound healing session or sound bath.
I look forward to utilizing Sound Therapy for your ongoing healing purposes & journey.
